This will be a wonderful start to a new season of estate sales in 2023. Last January we hosted a fantastic sale in the Windcrest subdivision in Cleveland, and almost exactly a year to date we are back for another exciting sale. This estate will be hosted in another gorgeous ridge-top home with a stunning overlook. The community boasts a nearly 360-degree view of the neighboring Tennessee and Georgia mountains. The contents of the home bring an exciting array of their own. There is a diverse mix of furnishings from a few different eras. In particular, the sale is highlighted by several very desirable pieces from the mid-century era, as well as retro items that follow closely behind. Some of our favorites include a danish modern teakwood server, as well as an Eames-style lounge chair, a set of spun wicker peacock chairs, and a great collection of vintage barware. Some other highlights from the sale include an Olhausen billiards table, several pieces of leather furniture, a collection of Indy car & Sprint Car racing memorabilia, a few nice firearms, cast metal patio furniture, art studio supplies, vintage jewelry, and plenty of tools and hardware to rummage through.
