We have two sale formats: “Traditional” tag sales and “Online” tag sales. Our “Traditional” sales are operated as fixed-price sales and are open to the public for walk-in during the published sale dates and times. Registration is not required. Our “Online” sales are operated through Estatesales.Net, a nationwide estate sale network, and will require registration on their site. All items will be purchased online with instructions for pickup at the time of purchase. Items are picked up directly from the house or delivered during the online sale dates.

Please follow the parking signs and be sure to park on the designated side of the road and please do not block driveways. If there is inclement weather we may assign numbers to customers as they arrive so that you can wait in a better environment.
We are asked this question often, but there is no short time. Our observation through the years is that serious buyers may show up one or more hours early, but other customers may step in line minutes before opening.

Be sure to give our team members your name to indicate who has committed to buying the item.
