We have two sale formats: “Traditional” tag sales and “Online” tag sales. Our “Traditional” sales are operated as fixed-price sales and are open to the public for walk-in during the published sale dates and times. Registration is not required. Our “Online” sales are operated through Estatesales.Net, a nationwide estate sale network, and will require registration on their site. All items will be purchased online with instructions for pickup at the time of purchase. Items are picked up directly from the house or delivered during the online sale dates.
No, we do not make any early sales. However, when an item is advertised on our sale page, you can always expect it to be available when the doors are opened.
Yes, an item can be purchased by phone 30 minutes after the sale opens. Phone sales require a credit card charge at the time of purchase. Items are on a first-come basis, so we cannot guarantee availability.
The best way to request information is to email or fill out our form on the ‘Contact Us’ page. Please include the item description and a picture of the item if possible. Please note, often prices may not be available until a couple of days before the sale.
Please follow the parking signs and be sure to park on the designated side of the road and please do not block driveways. A line will typically form at the home's front door, so be sure to step in line when you arrive. If there is inclement weather we may assign numbers to customers as they arrive so that you can wait in a better environment.
We are asked this question often, but there is no short time. Our observation through the years is that serious buyers may show up one or more hours early, but other customers may step in line minutes before opening.
Once you have located an item you would like to purchase, you may pick up the item and carry it to the checkout. If the item is too large or fragile to move, please look for one of our team members and ask them to tag the item “Sold”.
Be sure to give our team members your name to indicate who has committed to buying the item.
All major credit cards, cash, and local checks
In Tennessee, sales tax will NOT be collected; however, sales in Georgia WILL be taxable. Tax-Exempt vendors must present a certificate before checkout, or sales tax will be applied.
Yes, items are marked down after the first day of the sale. Typically, items are marked down 25% to 50% during the span of the sale.
Our staff will be available to help load items any time during the published sale dates and times. If you are picking up an item later, please be sure to show one of our team members your receipt and make sure the item is marked "paid" on the tag. Also, let us know what date you will pick up the item, and be sure to bring your receipt upon pickup.
