IMPORTANT SALE UPDATES:
As we approach our Lookout Mountain sale in the charming Fairyland community, we ask for your cooperation to help us have an exciting and organized event. We are working with the Lookout Mountain Police Department to conduct traffic, and direct parking at the Lookout Mountain City Hall, a short distance from the residence. Please note that parking will not be permitted on Peter Pan Rd. Customers will have access to drop off passengers and pick up merchandise directly from the drive at the residence. A shuttle will run throughout the day to transport customers to and from the residence, less than half a mile away.
We look forward to greeting you this Saturday and eagerly anticipate a cool, fall-like day on the mountain! While on the mountain why not plan a nice walk at the Lula Lake Land Trust, or visit scenic Rock City Gardens and Ruby Falls?
This lovely Lookout Mountain estate is nothing short of a fairytale! The Victorian-era home is located in the heart of the Fairyland community and is aptly called the "Gingerbread House" by the surrounding community. The contents are also as charming and whimsical as the home.
Since our first announcement, we have significantly added to the sale inventory. Among the additions are several Art Nouveau lamps, a collection of Smith & Wesson 38 revolvers, a Browning light-twenty shotgun, Navajo silver jewelry, Reed & Barton sterling silver flatware, and the contents of the tool shed. It is time to revisit this exciting sale!

Directions/Parking:
From I-24 take Broad St exit toward Lookout Mountain. Turn left on Tennessee Ave/St Elmo Ave, right on Ochs Hwy, bear left towards Rock City onto Red Riding Hood Trl, then right on Peter Pan Rd. To park, stay on Red Riding Hood Trl, pass Peter Pan Rd, and turn right onto Lula Lake Rd. Parking will be held in the Lookout Mountain (GA) City Hall.. Parking on Peter Pan Rd will not be permitted.
